As I regained conscientiousness, I remember asking, "Where am I?" Then, I realized that I was in a dark alley alone. No one was around to answer my question. It began to rain heavily and I wanted to run, but I couldn't. My ankle throbbed with pain, it seemed I had injured myself somehow. I was lost, confused, and helpless. I didn't know where to go, so I just started to limp to the nearest door. As I walked in I went into some kind of vestibule. There were pictures of headlights all around the room, like someone had some kind of fetish with them or something weird like that. Then a tall man walked into the room with a towel and told me to dry of because I was getting his carpet wet. So I got the towel from him and I began to dry off. "ive been expecting you", said the weird looking guy, he was tall, lean, and kind of dead looking. "You were put on this mission for one reason, and that was to accomplish your mission, and you have now you are free to." I didn't know what in the world the guy was talking about I didn't even know where i was better yet how i got there. He said goodbye and with a flash he was gone, shortly after i fell into a deep deep sleep, when i woke the next morning i found myself at home in bed.

MISS THANG!

My name is Miss Thang and I've really been having a rough life here lately. I have been sooooooo sick...I was sick before school even started. I stressed whether or not I should stay in athletics (which was my life), but I decided that I shouldn't because my priorities are what really need to be paid attention to. I'm trying to find a job but I can't seem to find a good one anywhere. I want a job so I can be ready for college. Although, I have no idea where the heck I want to go! I'm clueless, behind, and late on a lot of things. My life is a wreck!!!! I wonder how my life is going to turn out!???? I'm extremely nervous about a lot of things! This year is suppose to be the most fun year of my life but it's really not! I'm sooooooo stressed!!! Someone help......... =(

LETTER TO ME...

When I was born the doctors told my parents that I had a heart murmur. They said I probably wouldn't survive. Here I am, 18 years old, a senior in high school that's about to graduate and go to college.

I want to succeed in life! I don't want to be a bum, a loser, or an average person. I want to go places and help people, I want to make a difference! I'm tired of telling people this, I'm ready to prove it! I believe that I'm going to be a x-ray technician and live in a big city where I can get paid waaaaayyy better than an "average person." I know that college is going to be hard but I'll make it. "I AIN'T NEVA SCARED!!!" I'm going to try to get closer to my Lord and believe that he will guide me every step of the way. With God all things are possible!

COACH RHODES!!! =)

Coach Rhodes is my homie! We're pretty close if you ask me. He comes over to my family's house for barbecues or he invites us over to his place. He's just a down to earth type of guy that everyone has to love. Coach Rhodes is such an amazing influence! I've NEVER EVER seen him in a sad, depressing, ugly, grouchy mood. He's such a happy person! I just love him!
Anyways, about my story...Freshman year, Coach Rhodes would ask me EVERYDAY if he could barrow my phone to call Anthony Flemons. If I ever got texting in his class I wouldn't ever get in trouble because I would tell him I was talking to Ant. He was always so cool about it! He just a bundle of fun!

Hope Coach Rhodes has the best birthday ever! Happy Birthday Coach!

GRADUATION!!!

GRADUATION IS FINALLY HERE!!! I really don't know how to feel about it. I'm excited because I'm finally getting out of Childress. We're finally gonna be out of high school. We're gonna be on our own! I'm scared!
I'm kinda sad because we will never chill together again until our 10 year reunions. It's the very end of our movie nights, football games, homecomings, pep rallies, and Kettle at 3 a.m.
I guess I can say, "It's a BRAND NEW beginning!"

The Flauntless Love

There once was a young, sophisticated woman named Haven Bijon. She had the beauty of a goddess, the soul of an angel, and the determination to be loved the perfect way. Her past was a past so awful and gruesome she was never to return to. She had been torn to pieces many of times by worthless, no-good-for-nothing men. Until the day she met Cayson Mosley. He transfigured her life into gold.
On a damp, foggy evening Haven was strolling through the New York Central Park. It was immensely foggy out as if there were a film of cotton floating through the air. She walked in her perfectly pressed, white laced dress searching for something or someone but didn't know what or who. She was searching for true, passionate love from a young, drop dead gorgeous male, with the personality of a saint.
AND THERE HE WAS...barely able to be seen through the maze of mist. He was standing on a bridge wearing black pants with a half buttoned white button up shirt, with a white rose in his perfectly formed hands, finding what he had too been seeking for. Haven knew at that moment that he was the one. The one to hold her close when it's cold outside, the one to kiss her softly when the time is flawless, and the one she would love for eternity. She then walked swiftly and seductive to the man she knew she was to love and said, "I have been desperately seeking for you so I can have a blissful future. I have asked God to send me an angel to love me the way I need to be loved. Here you stand before me and all I have to ask you is...Will you be my angel?" Cayson replies with quintessential words, "I want to be the the one to hold you close when it's cold outside, the one to kiss you softly when the time is flawless, and the one to love you for eternity. YOU are mMY angel and I will cherish you for a lifetime and more."
Haven and Cayson lived their matchless, unparalleled lives with the most great joyfulness and the flauntless love that God blessed them with.

HOMECOMING!!!!!!!

Homecoming has always been a lot of fun, but this year is especially fun. It's SENIOR YEAR!!! This is our last homecoming, last pep-rallies, movie nights, weekend fun with the homies, and last high school loves.

The Homecoming Parade was exciting because we're seniors, but the weather was awful. I can't believe our freaken float blew over. It was soooo retarded. After that though, everything was all good. Hopefully, the weather won't be too bad tonight and the guys will win. The Homecoming Pep-Rally should be really good. The girls have been working really hard to pull this one off. I'm really ecstatic. TODAY IS A GREAT DAY TO BE A BOBCAT!

NASTY SWINE FLU!!!

Swine influenza ( also called swine flu, hog flu, pig flu, and sometimes the swine) is an infection by any one of several types of swine influenza virus. Swine influenza virus (SIV) is any strain of the influenza family of viruses that is endemic in pigs.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO STAY HEALTHY?
*Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
*Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hands cleaners are also effective.
*Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way.
*Stay home if you get sick. CDC recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting
Influenza is thought to spread mainly person-to-person through coughing or sneezing of infected people. So be aware of your surroundings and quit being so nasty everybody! It's really not that hard to be clean!

BEOWULF

The Wrath of Grendel
Grendel was conceived by a pair of the monsters born of Cain, murderous creatures banished by God, punished forever for the crime of Abel's death. He haunted the moors, and wild marshes. He made is home in a hell. Grumpy Grendel heard rejoicing music one day and didn't know where it was coming from. He then, pulled out his iphone and looked it up. He found out that it was at herot hall and then, went to bust the party. That night he killed 30 men and continued to do so for the next 12 years.

The Coming of Beowulf
Beowolf got a text, from Higlac's mac-book, hearing about how Grendel filled nights with horror and quickly commanded a boat fitted out. He chose the mightiest men he could find, the bravest and best of the Geats, fourteen in all. Then, he led them down to their boat. They made it safely and gave thanks to God. Then, Hrothgar's lieutenant saw them and came spurring down to see why they have landed. The lieutenant waved his new dye matrix 2009 paintball gun in their faces. Beowolf told him who he was and the lieutenant let him in. Then, he thinks of a plan to invade the hall of Herot. While his men sleep, Beowulf lies awake, eager to meet with Grendel.

The Battle with Grendel
Grendel came riding along on his 2009 yamaha ZUMA 125cc scooter seeing the men resting. He is excited to tear the life from those bodies. Grendel snatched at the first Geat he came to, ripped him apart, cut his body to bits with powerful jaws, drank the blood from his veins and bolted him down. Then he went to Beowulf and clutched him with his claws and was instantly seized himself. Grendel's one thought was to run from Beowulf, to flee back to his marsh and hide there. He had been caught, he was trapped! Beowulf made Grendel twist in pain, and the bleeding sinews deep in his shoulder snapped, muscle and bone split and broke. The battle was over.Grendel fled to his den, his miserable hole at the bottom of the marsh, only to die. Beowulf hung the monster's arm, claw and shoulder and all with happiness of the victory.

The Monsters' Lair
That night, Grendel's mother kidnapped and killed Hrothgar's closest friend and carried off the claw that monsters and their underwater lair. Hrothgar gets his ipod touch to get the horrifying new off of his mind and Beowulf prepares for the monster! Peasants began to talk about a pair of fiends wandering in the moors and marshes. Beowulf is asked to save the people once again. He is to be rewarded with ancient treasure for the battle his wins.

The Battle With Grendel's Mother
Beowulf resolved to kill the "lady monster." Arriving at the lake under which she lives, Beowulf and his companions see serpents in the water and sea beasts on the rocks. The young hero kills on of the beasts with an arrow and then prepares to fight Grendel's mother. Beowulf jumped into the water and the she-wolf discovered him, she welcomed him in her claws, clutched at him savagely but could not harm him. Then she carried him, armor and sword and all, to her home; he struggled to free his weapon but failed. Then Beowulf realized that she'd brought him into someone's battle-hall and there the water's heat could not hurt him. Then he saw the mighty water witch and swung his sword, straight at her head; but her guest discovered that no sword could slice her evil skin. They fought and struggled, the evil she-wolf pulled out a dagger and began stabbing at Beowulf, she misses every time. Then he saw, hanging on the wall, a heavy sword, hammered by giants, strong and blessed with their magic, the best of all weapons but so massive that no ordinary man could lift its carved and decorated length. He dew it from its scabbard, broke tha chain on its hilt, and then, savage, now, angry and desperate, lifted it high over his head and struck with all the strength he had left, caught her in the neck and cut it through, broke bones and all. Beowulf rejoiced at the sight! The soldiers sitting on the shore were awaiting Beowulf's return. Some believed they would never see him again so they left thinking that Grendel's mother would come out of the water and kill them all.

MY FUTURE...

I pray that my future is blessed with success!
I hope that in my future that I graduate from San Angelo State University with a degree to be a radiology technician. I want to have a wonderful, good paying job at a hospital in San Antonio. I hope that I have a beautiful house to support my three perfect kids in. I dream of the perfect guy but we all know I won't ever get that! I want a man with a sweet and humorous personality, athletic body, and gorgeous smile to be my husband...I think I may have met him already!!!
I hope to be driving a black Range Rover. Won't I look HOT in one!!!! On the weekends I want to spoil my family. I want to take them into town and go shopping, to the arcades, and just go out to eat and have a blast. Every summer I want to have more than enough money to take my family on a crazy vacation. I want to go to the Bahamas to soak up the sun and to Denver Colorado to go skiing! I think in the future my hobbies will be to do cross word puzzles, watch romantic movies, and to cook.
I know this sounds like a lot but I'm more than sure that I can accomplish it all! We'll just have to wait and see what happens!!!

The People That Have "Packed my Parachute!"

There are many people that influence me everyday and most of the time I don't think to thank them enough. People that have "packed my parachute" are the ones that I couldn't bear to live without. They are the one's that pick me up when I fall and know when I need their care.
The number one person would have to be my mom. She supports me in everything in I do. She is a huge part of my life. She is the only person that I can have a real girl talk with. She is the first person I know I can lean on.
The second person would have to be my boyfriend. We have been through the thick and the thin together. He's my backbone, meaning he helps me to stay in line and with confidence. He talks to me, listens when I talk, and tries to understand my feelings. He shows me a kind of love that no one else does. He's the majority of my life.
My dad comes third. He and my mom divorced when I was only nine years old so he hadn't been in my life too much until I got to high school. Still he's been a great part of my life.
Fourth would have to be my grandma, even though she passed away when I was four years old. The way everyone talks about her helps me to stay focused.
Fifth is my grandpa. He was the heart of our family.
Sixth is my aunt Mary Jane. She is the most caring person that I have ever met.
I dedicate this blog to my number one person, my mom. I'm blessed that she's in my life.

My Expectations of Being a Senior

Wow...this topic is kinda difficult because I have so many expectations this year. I hope to complete my year with straight A's and a awesome grade point average. I would like to get closer to my peers and remain close after graduation. I expect to be at least top 10% in my class and to get an acceptance letter from the college I want to go to. I want to have all of my college stuff completed at least a month before I graduate instead of procrastinating. I hope I succeed in all of these areas.
