LETTER TO ME...

When I was born the doctors told my parents that I had a heart murmur. They said I probably wouldn't survive. Here I am, 18 years old, a senior in high school that's about to graduate and go to college.

I want to succeed in life! I don't want to be a bum, a loser, or an average person. I want to go places and help people, I want to make a difference! I'm tired of telling people this, I'm ready to prove it! I believe that I'm going to be a x-ray technician and live in a big city where I can get paid waaaaayyy better than an "average person." I know that college is going to be hard but I'll make it. "I AIN'T NEVA SCARED!!!" I'm going to try to get closer to my Lord and believe that he will guide me every step of the way. With God all things are possible!

COACH RHODES!!! =)

Coach Rhodes is my homie! We're pretty close if you ask me. He comes over to my family's house for barbecues or he invites us over to his place. He's just a down to earth type of guy that everyone has to love. Coach Rhodes is such an amazing influence! I've NEVER EVER seen him in a sad, depressing, ugly, grouchy mood. He's such a happy person! I just love him!
Anyways, about my story...Freshman year, Coach Rhodes would ask me EVERYDAY if he could barrow my phone to call Anthony Flemons. If I ever got texting in his class I wouldn't ever get in trouble because I would tell him I was talking to Ant. He was always so cool about it! He just a bundle of fun!

Hope Coach Rhodes has the best birthday ever! Happy Birthday Coach!

GRADUATION!!!

GRADUATION IS FINALLY HERE!!! I really don't know how to feel about it. I'm excited because I'm finally getting out of Childress. We're finally gonna be out of high school. We're gonna be on our own! I'm scared!
I'm kinda sad because we will never chill together again until our 10 year reunions. It's the very end of our movie nights, football games, homecomings, pep rallies, and Kettle at 3 a.m.
I guess I can say, "It's a BRAND NEW beginning!"

The Flauntless Love

There once was a young, sophisticated woman named Haven Bijon. She had the beauty of a goddess, the soul of an angel, and the determination to be loved the perfect way. Her past was a past so awful and gruesome she was never to return to. She had been torn to pieces many of times by worthless, no-good-for-nothing men. Until the day she met Cayson Mosley. He transfigured her life into gold.
On a damp, foggy evening Haven was strolling through the New York Central Park. It was immensely foggy out as if there were a film of cotton floating through the air. She walked in her perfectly pressed, white laced dress searching for something or someone but didn't know what or who. She was searching for true, passionate love from a young, drop dead gorgeous male, with the personality of a saint.
AND THERE HE WAS...barely able to be seen through the maze of mist. He was standing on a bridge wearing black pants with a half buttoned white button up shirt, with a white rose in his perfectly formed hands, finding what he had too been seeking for. Haven knew at that moment that he was the one. The one to hold her close when it's cold outside, the one to kiss her softly when the time is flawless, and the one she would love for eternity. She then walked swiftly and seductive to the man she knew she was to love and said, "I have been desperately seeking for you so I can have a blissful future. I have asked God to send me an angel to love me the way I need to be loved. Here you stand before me and all I have to ask you is...Will you be my angel?" Cayson replies with quintessential words, "I want to be the the one to hold you close when it's cold outside, the one to kiss you softly when the time is flawless, and the one to love you for eternity. YOU are mMY angel and I will cherish you for a lifetime and more."
Haven and Cayson lived their matchless, unparalleled lives with the most great joyfulness and the flauntless love that God blessed them with.

HOMECOMING!!!!!!!

Homecoming has always been a lot of fun, but this year is especially fun. It's SENIOR YEAR!!! This is our last homecoming, last pep-rallies, movie nights, weekend fun with the homies, and last high school loves.

The Homecoming Parade was exciting because we're seniors, but the weather was awful. I can't believe our freaken float blew over. It was soooo retarded. After that though, everything was all good. Hopefully, the weather won't be too bad tonight and the guys will win. The Homecoming Pep-Rally should be really good. The girls have been working really hard to pull this one off. I'm really ecstatic. TODAY IS A GREAT DAY TO BE A BOBCAT!

NASTY SWINE FLU!!!

Swine influenza ( also called swine flu, hog flu, pig flu, and sometimes the swine) is an infection by any one of several types of swine influenza virus. Swine influenza virus (SIV) is any strain of the influenza family of viruses that is endemic in pigs.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO STAY HEALTHY?
*Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
*Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hands cleaners are also effective.
*Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way.
*Stay home if you get sick. CDC recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting
Influenza is thought to spread mainly person-to-person through coughing or sneezing of infected people. So be aware of your surroundings and quit being so nasty everybody! It's really not that hard to be clean!
